1. Service Description

Dating App Coach provides personalized dating profile feedback from female reviewers. We review your dating app photos, bio, and prompts, and deliver structured, actionable feedback to help you improve your profile. We are not a dating service, matchmaking service, or licensed counseling provider. Our service is opinion-based feedback, not professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account or submitting a profile. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Submissions and Content Guidelines

You may submit dating app screenshots, bio text, and profile preferences for review. The following content is prohibited:

• • Nudity or sexually explicit material
• • Content depicting minors
• • Photos of other people submitted without their consent
• • Offensive, hateful, or threatening content
• • Content that violates any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights

We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission that violates these guidelines, without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of all content you submit (screenshots, bio text, etc.). By submitting, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely for the purpose of delivering your review.

Review feedback: The feedback and review content provided by our reviewers is the intellectual property of Dating App Coach. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own dating profile improvement.

You may not publicly redistribute, resell, or republish reviewer feedback without our written permission.

6. Payment Terms

Pricing for review packages is displayed on the Site at the time of purchase. All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

We offer full refunds, no questions asked, within 7 days of receiving your feedback. If you feel your reviewer didn't quite get you but want to try again, we'll have another reviewer look at your profile at no additional charge.

Free waitlist submissions are subject to the same content guidelines outlined in Section 4.

7. Reviewer Relationship

Our reviewers are independent contractors. Their feedback represents their personal opinions and perspectives. We do not guarantee specific dating outcomes, matches, or results from implementing their suggestions.

8. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dating App Coach shall not be liable for:

• • Any dating outcomes or lack thereof
• • Emotional distress arising from reviewer feedback
• • Actions of third parties
• • Service interruptions or technical issues

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific review package in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dating App Coach, its reviewers, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your submitted content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall first be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for reviews already delivered.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
